1. Yard Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring gates are unlocked and accessible on scheduled service days.
If we are unable to access the yard, service may be skipped and charged.
2. Pet Safety
For the safety of our team:
Dogs must be secured or non-aggressive during service
We reserve the right to skip service if a pet shows aggressive behavior
3. Service Schedule
Services are performed on a weekly or agreed-upon schedule.
In cases of holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, service may be rescheduled.
4. Billing & Payments
Payment is due prior to or on the day of service
Late or unpaid balances may result in paused or canceled service
5. Initial Cleanup
First-time cleanups may be priced higher depending on yard condition and buildup of waste.
6. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed due to:
Heavy rain
Extreme heat
Unsafe yard conditions
We will resume service as soon as conditions are safe.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you’re not happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.
8. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
Hidden waste (covered by leaves, snow, debris, etc.)
Pre-existing yard damage
Unsafe or hazardous yard conditions
